Uncomfortable Colonic

Quiche with Swiss chard and cumin

Prepare pastry.

Sauté the chard in a pan with onion and cumin.

Mix eggs, salt, pepper, cream and tuna.

Arrange slices of tomato paste at the bottom and the chard.

Pour. Bake.

One day I had no more tuna, I put the ground beef and it was pretty good!
